Automated Educational Game Design from EBooks

Most of the human knowledge is contained in text. Automatically generating content based on the meaning of a body of text is no trivial task. We focus on the domains of educational games in EBooks and gamified class material as test cases. We provide an initial conceptual model to automatically generate: (a) simple educational games from textual content in EBooks, or (b) narrative frames for gamification of online courses, from the textual content of courses hosted in Learning Management Systems.
