Nasolacrimal duct stenosis in children on the level of the Hassner valve: resolving the stenosis with a polypropylene thread knot

Study that included 48 children that have been suffering from nasolacrimal duct stenosis on the level of Hassner valve and that have undergone a polypropylene threat knot technique. Excellent postoperative results without epiphora were achieved in 46 patients. We have not noticed any complications.
