Social Philosophy and Legal Culture

In this paper we want to openly reflect the essential question of what is legal culture from the perspective of social philosophy exclusively (although legal theory, sociology and cultural anthropology are also excellent areas for reflections). The assumption behind this question is that there is a set of necessary and sufficient characteristics which make these two words not only complement but rather far more important for better evaluation of the law and its role in modern society as a whole.
