Achieving value in construction projects using MCDA

During the lecture, different models, methods, and techniques, as well as conditions for multi-criteria decision-making in civil engineering, were presented. Outcomes were defined in such a way that the students could be able to apply different multi-criteria decision-making methods (AHP and PROMETHEE) for solving specific problems in civil engineering with an emphasis on value management as well as to evaluate sustainable solutions as the result of such process.
