Judicial Interpretation of the CMR; Country report: Croatia/ Hrvatska

Implementation of the CMR convention by the courts in Croatia from 1980-2020 is presented, for the first time. It shows scarce understanding of basic institutes of the convention by both parties and (sometimes) the court, which leads to very long proceedings and low level of protection for the parties involved.
