Algorithm with temperature-dependent maximum charging current of a supercapacitor module in a tram regenerative braking system

Regenerative braking system where temperature is used as a control variable. Temperature is calculated from an air-cooled supercapacitor electro-thermal model. Charging current is inversely proportional to the supercapacitor temperature. Higher charging currents lead to higher energy savings and lower charging cycles.
