Experience in Integrated Chemical-Biological Control of Grey Mould (Botrytis cinerea) on Grapevine in Croatia

Several years of trials have been carried out, aimed at creating better protection programmes for Botrytis cinerea. The efficacy of the following three programmes has been examined: the use of chemicals only ; the use of biological agent only ; and alternation of biological agents with chemicals. The influence of some fungicides and insecticides on Trichoderma harzianum encapsuled in biofungicide Trichodex T-39 was tested. The possibility of mixing formulations expressed as non-inhibiting with Trichodex T-39 was also tested. A survey of fermentaion following Trichodex T-39 use was conducted. It was observed that Trichodex T-39 in fermented must consistently did not have a negative influence on the fermentation process.
