Sažetak
The dependence of microstructural parametars on residual stress was investigated in samples of tubes and links for ball bearings. The samples were measured directly or after preparation by grinding polishing and etching by nital, using the caunting and/or photographic technics and Co K-alpha radiation. Results of phase analysis also were given. The results obtained were in agreement with those found by probability calculations.
