Effects of a Programme of Intensive Training of Alpine Skiing Techniques on Some Motor Abilities

This research aimed to determine the effects of a short-term experimental programme of intensive training of alpine skiing techniques to particular motor abilities of students. The sample is divided into an experimental group of beginners who were skiing for the first time and a control group. From the mean value results, it is obvious that the experimental group achieved better results compared to the identical tests applied to the control group.
