Conversion Properties of Chemically Deposited CdS-Electrolyte Interfaces

Photoelectrochemical conversion properties of thin chemicallydeposited semiconductor CdS film/electrolyte interfaces with different redox systems have been investigated. Powercharacteristics, the dependences of Jsc and Uoc on light intesityhave been measured. 1.5% light to electrical conversionefficiency has been realised with CdSşFe3+/Fe2+. In particularthe changes of Uoc with electrolyte Fermy level have beendiscussed.
