Statistical control of higher education processes in Croatia

The Statistical Process Control - SPC is the application of an appropriate statistical tool or method to processes for the continuous improvement of their capability, but also an effective approach to the problem solving, the decision making and the process improvement. The assumption in this paper is that the Croatian institutions of high education have to adopt this managerial approach as soon as possible in order to successfully identify the key process variables and manage the incongruent process results. The Croatian high education institutions have to reach for the implementation of the SPC as soon as possible in order to direct themselves towards the success and the integration into the Europe of Knowledge.
