Solar power plant with short diffuser concept: An Overview of development

The development of alternative renewable energy sources is a key feature in the necessary energy transition beside the utilisation of the market available renewable energy technologies. The solar power plant with short diffuser represents an alternative energy concept based on the utilization of solar energy. Alternative energy system converts solar energy into the useful mechanical (shaft) work that is used to drive wind generators and to produce carbon- free electricity. The proposed concept is still in the initial stage towards the development of the experimental prototype plant. Development and current research findings would be discussed and elaborate in detail to provide an overview of this challenging alternative renewable energy concept.
