Assembly plan of prefabricated steel construction

This paper describes the characteristics of prefabricated construction and all processes related to prefabricated construction. The paper deals with the division of prefabricated building systems with regard to different criteria. Basic stages of assembly of steel prefabricated structures are described. The parts of the technological process of assembling steel structures are included and described in detail, from taking over the prefabricated elements, through transporting the elements, vertical lifting, fixing to the final control of the geometry. The main part of the paper includes the project of assembling the steel structure of the agricultural machinery storage. The steel structure is described in detail and the technology of transport, vertical lifting and assembly is defined, and the phases and order of assembly of the elements are clearly defined in detail and their schemes are attached. In addition to the schemes of construction elements, the paper also contains schemes of element depots and schemes of the assembly order and the crane position. The paper deals with the making and application of the technological map of the processes and the processes map which shows all the technological processes of assembly of the steel structure is shown in this paper.
