How to achieve usefull “rapid 3D” digital elevation model for search and rescue mission strategy planning

This paper explores the usefulness of the so called “rapid 3D” model created using AgiSoft PhotoScan program. The model is created using the lowest quality of the reconstruction parameters for a digital elevation model of the terrain generated based on the images taken from UAV’s. Such models indicate if it would be possible to create the 3D model at all and in this work we propose how to achieve it usefully for search and rescue mission strategy planning.
