Correction of the coefficients in the van der Waals equation of state

The paper gives the results obtained by using variable coefficients a=a(T, v) and b=b(T, v) in the van der Waals equation of state applied on the water vapor. It can be seen that the variable coefficients gives much better correspodance with the measured values then the constante ones.
