Bowleg, Knock-knees, In-toeing and Out-toeing

Rotational and angular lower extremities problems in toddlers and preschool children are frequent motivation for parents to seek for orthopedic consultation. This is review of those problems with emphasis on clinical exam and diagnostic tests as well as how to differentiate normal variations from potentially serious condition. Differential diagnosis and management approach is outlined. In conclusion, majority of problems can be solved with advice to parents and simple conservative measures.
