Expert opinion of the reports of Austria, Estonia, Lithuania, Ireland and Croatia in regard to the Implementation of the Framework Convention for the Protection of Minorities of the Council of Europe

Expert opinions were given over the state reports of Austria, Estonia, Lithuania, Ireland and Croatia. The reports were compared with the text of the Framework Convention and obligations following this international document. Additional information were collected from other sources resulting in recommendations for these countries to improve the protection of minorities.
