Minority Education and International Legal Standards, with particular reference to the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities

The lecture is concentrated on the existing standards for the protection of minorities and practice in various European countries. Experience in different countries is connected with the Europe of future, especially in regard to small countries and their multiethnic population structure.
