SELECTING INNOVATIVE DSLR CAMERAS BY USE OF AHP MULTI -CRITERIA HIERARCHY DECISION -MAKING METHOD

For professional practice: In the analytical approach to decision-making in the selection of innovative DSLR cameras, one of the most commonly used methods for solving the problem of multi-criteria decision-making is the so- called Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. In this paper, apart from the afore- mentioned basics of the matrix calculation with the key concepts and the results of the linear algebra needed to understand the mathematical basis of the AHP method, the method of managing the selection of innovative DSLR cameras using the AHP method used for multi-criteria decision- making was used. The sample of cameras is (N = 8) eight. This paper uses Saaty scale and the ExpertChoice tool to facilitate decision-making. This is, among other things, the AHP method for multi-criteria decision making. In addition to theoretical observations, other methods (apart from AHP) were presented, and a multi-criteria decision model was developed for the selection of innovative DSLR (Digital Single Lens Reflex) cameras.
