MoveS analytical report 2018 - Social security coordination and non-standard forms of employment and self-employment: Interrelation, challenges and prospects

The analytical report detects shortcomings of the traditional rules of social security coordination in relation to new forms of employment and provides possible solutions which range from adjusting mere interpretation of already existing rules, possibly supported by the decisions of the Administrative Commission for the coordination of social security systems, to targeted modifications to the social security coordination Regulations.
