Sažetak
Ochratoxin A is a nephrotoxic, immunosupressive carcinogenic secondary metabolite of some species of Aspergillus and Penicillium strains molds.The results of this investigations show the ability of the mixed culture to inhibit OTA production, especially at higher temperatures, where molds Trichothecium roseum and Fusarium sp.prevail.
