Today, tourism is not so much a means of rest, as it is an experience that can not be realized in a permanent place of residence. It is therefore important to ask the guests about their experiences. Contents are essential to guests - programs (software) of kind offerings, which provide them with experiences of pleasure, enthusiasm, joy, and happiness. Satisfaction, enthusiasm, joy, and happiness in what has been seen, tried, and participated in, represent the essence of marketing strategy in experience management. National Park Krka’s guests feel best in the “wonderful” beauty of the Krka canyon, under lush waterfalls, sacral monuments, medieval and Roman fortifications, besides friendly, compassionate, grateful hosts, friends, dear ones. A tourism strategy that, apart from nature and material culture, does not take for essential hospitality of hosts and pleasure or enthusiasm for guests’ experiences is a bad and missed strategy. With this strategy, it is impossible to realize all-year tourism named in this paper “tourism 365”. Therefore, it is important to realize the synergy of the experience through the gifts of nature, material culture, spiritual culture, hospitality and trade, and hospitality with marketing of products and services, attractions and events, relationships (hospitality), prices, sales, promotions, processes, and progress.
