Stochastic modelling of accumulation behaviour on the example of accumulation with losses

Present paper gives an overview of the stochastic approach to modelling of accumulation behaviour. This approach consists of stochastic interpretation of results of analysis conducted with two changeable input parameters &#8211 ; ; generated time series of data regarding inflows into accumulation and different values of water losses through sinking from the accumulation. The modelling has performed on the example of the existing accumulation Boljunčica (Istria, Croatia) that is characterized by significant water losses and is planned to be reconstructed. This methodology can be used for managemental decisions regarding optimal water resources utilization.
