The role of marketing in company management
Important changes, such as constant shifts in global markets, stronger competition than ever and development of new business technologies, call for a constant need to create and execute competitive marketing strategies even in construction companies. Information represents one of the most important resources in recognizing changes and finding solutions for them. It is necessity for managers, in planning and execution of projects, to have a constant support of marketing in gathering and analyses of informations related to projects, to insure execution quality according to demands of the customer and company strategy.
