Sažetak
While in some parts of Europe aerial archaeology becomes an old fashioned method, due its long tradition of practice and technological developments, in regions which encompass Dinaric karst geology (south-eastern Europe) its application is only just beginning as a complementary method in landscape archaeology. This is most certainly the case in Croatia where, despite some enthusiastic work of individuals, aerial archaeology as a method has never been a part of scholarly tradition. Geology and cultural landscape in Dinaric karst are certainly special and as such it simultaneously suggests an opportunity and a challenge. The poster will present results of aerial surveys which were conducted in Dinaric karst areas in Croatia pertaining to forms of archaeological features and their visibility.
