Satisfaction of students with communication with nurses during practical training

Nursing students during the course of examinations stay at numerous clinics. Guided by their teachers and mentors, they meet registered nurses whom they work with. Everyday formal education by their teachers and mentors intertwines with informal education from the nursing department. The aim of the research is to determine the satisfaction degree of student communication with registered nurses, to explore possible demographic characteristics of students in assessing the quality level of communication, to identify the good aspects of communication and to give suggestions of improvement. Research has shown that students are not satisfied with communication because it's not encouraging, suggesting emphasis on importance of education through formal and informal education of nursing staff need to be conducted
