The effect of implementation of guidelines for the management of severe head injury on patient treatment and outcome

In the article we give our expirience on treating patients with severe brain injury according the Guidelines for the management of severe head injury. In the Department of Neurosurgery University Hospital "Sestre milosrdnice" we treated patients with severe head injury according the modern methods of treatment.
