The Process of Advancing the Welding of Prestressed Thin Sheets of Martensitic Steel
Today, Lean Industry 4.0 is considered the fourth industrial revolution and is the solution of many factories to improve efficiency and profitability of production with the achievement of less scratch, eliminating excess of unnecessary operations and accumulating unnecessary stocks, pauses, and exploiting the full potential, thereby achieving significantly greater competitiveness at market. Goal of any production optimization is to minimize scrape. Lean Management plays a big role in this, which uses a variety of tools to reduce scratches in production. Production by welding with heattransfer technology is a very complex entity requiring systematic approach when measuring welding technology parameters and welder’s skills. The optimization of all influential sizes is of crucial importance for the quality and performance of production. The Lean concept is designed to meet the principles of universality and can be applied to almost all branches of production, design, quality control, and even administration.
