Tehnologija izrade gornjeg dijela ciklona

In the modern world, boiler power facilities have found their application within numerous branches of industry, and especially in energetics. Type of fuel combustion in furnace represents one of the significant criteria of boiler division. During the process of combustion, a certain amount of ash -, coil – and another articles are not combusting into the furnace, then going further through the boiler forming the layers on a heating surface such as superheaters, membrane walls, etc., resulting with decreased efficiency of the boiler. The problem of excess layering of unburnt fuel particles on heat surfaces is solved with connecting of the furnace with cyclone, like an additional part of the boiler. By entering the flue gas into the cyclone, the flue gas is being rotated and increases its speed, and unburnt particles are falling at the bottom of the cyclone, where are then returning into the furnace. In this paper manufacturing process of solid matter separators – cyclone is shown, with special reference to the welding technology. Due to its complexity as well as a large number of elements, this paper will be limited just on the manufacturing of upper part of the cyclone, and in the final part of work, assembly of the upper and lower part of the cyclone in one unit will be shown. In addition to the detailed description of the process, the methods for controlling the quality of the welded compound and the final activity will be also described.
