The influence of the discontinuous agricultural production on the wheat flour quality
After peaceful reintegration of the Barania region, the soils in Barania were found uncultivated for years or cultivated with a smaller agrotechnical intensity. The goal was to determine the influence of soil, characterized by discontinuous agricultural production on the quality of wheat flour. Samples of three wheat varieties taken from 4 differently cultivated lower values of examined quality parameters.
