Sažetak
Inspections made with computed tomography are more and more present in the field of dimensional measurement. Computed tomography is a non-destructive method that allows simultaneous conduction of material analysis inspection and dimensional measurements of both inner and outer object geometry. However, one of the biggest disadvantages in dimensional measurements using computed tomography is lack of metrological traceability. One of the main elements in assuring metrological traceability is usage of reference objects. Considering the huge number of influencing parameters in CT measurements, which result in systematic errors, a big number of different reference objects is proposed. With the aim to minimize the number of necessary reference objects with different purposes, a new reference object is presented.
