Contribution to development of Croatian financial market in transition by variable rate securities

The two basic goals of this paper are to concisely review the essential features of the current Croatian financial market and its perspectives and to contribute to its development by the theory on variable rate securities, an instrument present for a long time in the developed financial markets.
