Sažetak
In elasto-plastic material formulations based on non-associated flow rule, the evolution equation for the equivalent plastic strain as hardening parameter can be established by two approaches. By full approach, the evolution equation is derived using the principle of plastic work equivalence. Consequently, the equivalent plastic strain increment is proportional to the ratio of plastic potential and yield function where the plastic multiplier is proportionality factor. By simple approach, difference between plastic potential and yield function in the evolution equation is neglected and the equivalent plastic strain corresponds to the plastic multiplier. In this paper, algorithmic formulations of full and simple approach, based on the implicit return mapping, for an evolutionary anisotropic model under non-associated flow rule are reviewed. In the considered non-associated anisotropic model intended for sheet metals, anisotropy parameters of yield function are adjusted to yield stress ratios and anisotropy parameters of plastic potential function are adjusted to r-values. Since evolution of material plastic anisotropy with ongoing deformation process is assumed, anisotropy parameters of the yield function/plastic potential are considered as continuous functions of the equivalent plastic strain. Considering experimental data for DC06 sheet sample, analyzed approaches are compared in predicting some simple deformation processes. Tested formulations utilize orthotropic Hill (1948) stress function as the yield function/plastic potential. Applicability of simple method as more computationally efficient approach is estimated for the considered material.
