Truth and Ideology: Some Points about Truth from the History of Philosophy and Six Theses on Ideology and Biopolitics

The author first presented and discussed several places from the history of philosophy which stick to the truth-falsity distinction (Plato's Cratylus, Descartes' Discourse & Rules, Williams' Truth & Truthfulness). Then he discussed the theories of ideology and presented six theses about identity and ideology in the context of biopolitics. Finally, he suggested some ideas about how to apply those theses in political analysis and provided some normative hints about the limits of politics.
