Visual Identity as a Form of Communication in MMORPG

The visual identity in the simulated game world (virtual reality) is defined and established by the visual identity of all elements of the environment. Each of the (cultural, social, biological) visual elements is part of a system that defines all levels of experience in the world of virtual reality. Communication forms are crucial in defining the specificity of each element that in turn creates a specific experience (for each agent immersed in virtual reality). Specific experience depends on the rules of visual communication established through the construction of a certain visual identity of individual elements in a simulated game world, and the understanding of certain games is based on the fact that visual elements and visual identities constructed are a coherent whole. This is why the subject of visual identity is very important for the future development of convincing virtual reality in the MMORPG and is therefore part of future communication research of great importance for the further development of information science. The contribution of the work is the establishment of the theoretical and analytical concept of visual identity as the fundamental indicator of the credibility of the virtual world of the game. The structure of the indicator is based on the fact that every visual identity, whether rich or modest, is shared by the same type of fundamental attributes and problems, although it consists of different cultural forms depending on the system to which it belongs.
